Meet Elina, the Face Behind Sonné Salud

I ran a successful massage and wellness business in Helsinki, Finland, but the long, dark Finnish winters eventually made me seek sunnier horizons. That led me to Spain, where my adventure began in Fuengirola. I even had my own beautiful massage studio, Sonné Salud, in Fuengirola.

Then the pandemic hit, and shortly after, we welcomed our baby girl. It was time to reimagine my massage business, so in 2021 I launched Sonné Salud Mobile, realizing the growing need for wellness services among remote workers and digital nomads on the Costa del Sol.

I have been working as a certified sports massage therapist since 2007. I am also a beauty therapist, giving me a broad foundation in wellness. My expertise includes sports massage, deep tissue massage, fascial manipulation (Stecco method), trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage, TMJ massage, face massages, facial Gua Sha, facial cupping, face yoga, and I am a certified pre- and postnatal coach and mobility coach. I love blending all my skills to create tailored massage treatments.

With years of experience in customer service, my goal is always to serve clients in the best possible way.

Our Team and Services

As home massages grew in popularity, I realized that collaboration is power. I am fortunate to work with a talented team who share our philosophy: personalized, client-focused care. Whether you’re an athlete, office professional, or busy parent, you will receive a treatment tailored to your unique needs.

Our services have expanded: we now have massage rooms in San Pedro and inside Rival Boxing Gym Marbella in Nueva Andalucía. We also collaborate with three different Macdonald Resorts on the Costa del Sol, bringing professional wellness to more clients.

Life Outside Work

When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, good food, coffee, hiking in the mountains, paddleboarding, and relaxing mornings with my family.
